In Corno di Rosazzo, Gramogliano, and Craoretto, we found a home and a significant legacy: old vineyards on ponca, the great Friulian terroir.
Like strangers in an unfamiliar land, lacking any real winemaking training, we learned the language of Friulian and international wines from the ground up, choosing in every case to let what truly matters speak for itself: quality.

In the mid-1990s, my father Ferdinando's desire to retire from his work in Africa transformed into the opportunity to fulfill his dream of purchasing a vineyard in my mother's homeland, Cormons.
In 2023, the new vineyard in Craoretto was acquired (I Klivi).

Just as the vine spreads its roots underground down to the mother rock, of which it becomes a surface-manifestation, so my father's fascinating project has transformed me, Mario, from a nomad to a man with his own roots, emancipating me from the abstraction of studies in Economics to the very concrete work in the fields.
